2.  We agree to work together.  I'll send questions to
      learn more about you -- family, values, challenges,
      successes, lifestyle, beliefs. Then we'll schedule
      your discovery session.  

3.  During the discovery session, we'll discuss the
      questions and create a plan to reach your goals.
