Coaching in nature

Nature coaching is a process of discovery as we move through the natural world. We will explore your topic using nature as a metaphor. If, for example, your topic

is improving a relationship at work, we may stop and look at the water.  

 

I may ask:  

   *  What does flow look like to you? 

   *  In what way are you creating flow in your relationships?

   *  What would it look like to create more flow? 

 

In coaching and in nature, all parts are connected. Soul Sky Coaching offers nature coaching sessions in Maryland, Virginia, DC, and online. 

 

Our nature coaching sessions:

We talk about the topic of your choice and what you hope to get out of the session. You can choose the location that best suits your needs. Each session is typically one-hour but can be longer if we’re going on an outdoor adventure. 

Being in nature and can help shift you into more right-brained thinking, which will support you tapping into your emotional, intuitive, and creative side.

Getting regular exercise

When moving the body, you are taking in oxygen, which releases endorphins. Endorphins help relieve pain, reduce stress and improve your sense of well-being.
