Service Description

The 3-month gift to yourself is where most clients begin their coaching journey. You'll receive six, 45-minute sessions, which allow you to get into the flow of coaching, which is process focused. We'll explore the topics you bring to your sessions and make connections to how these topics relate to all areas of your life, as you take steps toward your goals.
