Service Description

The 3-month gift to yourself gives you a reduced price per session. You will receive six, 45-minute sessions, which allow you to experience coaching, which is process focused and takes time. We'll explore the topics you bring to your sessions and have the chance to understand how these topics relate to all areas of your life, as you take steps toward your goals.
