45-minute coaching session

Service Description

You will receive a topic form prior to your coaching session. As a starting point, I'll ask you what is important about the topic you want to explore. I will partner with you by asking powerful questions, holding the space for your emotions, exploring different processes. I assume you are capable and creative and know what is best for you. At the end of our session, there will be an inquiry, request or challenge in the form of an action step that you can accept or change, a to do step, to move you forward toward your goals.
