Discovery Session

Service Description

The discovery session lays the groundwork for our coaching partnership. We will discuss the discovery questions you received prior to our session. This gives me an opportunity to understand you -- your values, background, family dynamics, successes and challenges, health and wellness, activities and beliefs. I will educate you about what to expect from me as your coach -- The importance of bringing a topic to your sessions, how we will work together, and the best way to support you. Together, we will create a plan to reach your goals.
