Service Description

You will receive a topic form prior to your coaching session. As a starting point, I'll ask you what is important about the topic. In our session, I'll ask powerful questions, hold the space for your emotions, and we'll explore different processes. At the end of our session, there will be an inquiry, request or challenge in the form of an action step that you can accept or change, to move you forward toward your goals.
